The Bechtel Hazard Training School, built by Xtreme Cubes, is a purpose-built, factory-finished modular facility designed to deliver immersive, on-site safety and hazard awareness training in demanding industrial environments. Engineered for mobility, durability, and repeat deployment, the building allows Bechtel to bring consistent, high-quality training directly to active project sites—supporting a culture of safety without disrupting operations or relying on permanent, fixed-location facilities.

Constructed entirely in the factory, the modular training school includes integrated structural systems, HVAC, electrical, lighting, and interior finishes that are fully installed and tested prior to shipment. Once complete, the building is transported as a finished unit and deployed quickly, minimizing site work and setup time.
